Andres X. Vargas

Andy Vargas, this year’s Keynote Speaker, serves as the State Representative for the 3rd Essex District (Haverhill) in Massachusetts. He previously served on the Haverhill City Council.

Representative Vargas is a graduate of Haverhill High School and Boston University. He has a background in marketing and communications management, while also working closely with entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Andy is a Haverhill native and is proud to represent his hometown.
